Hello Dear Sisters,
So were coming to the end of the summer holidays, my children are back to school next week, I’m looking forward to getting back into a routine again!
This week I’m taking a few days off, to unplug, fast for my health, spend time sleeping on the earth in my friends woods, so I’ll be back on line later in the week!
So this newsletter I’m promoting my online teachings, coming up at the end of September is Love Your Period, available now are my Red Girl teachings and my Moon-Pause teachings; Broken Basket Woman. See below for further info.
Join one of my On Line Teachings….
My latest On Line Teaching starting 30th Sept- Love Your Period–Let’s dive into our womb space and work on what’s blocking us from loving our periods.
Our wombs are not our enemy, although if you suffer from pain, pms, migraines, back ache, cramps, flooding… it feels like it! Come and Join the circle! Join the movement of Empowered women, living the power of their cycles! Starts 30th Sept – Cost- sliding scale, pay what you can afford £25-55.
my Red Girl (Mid Girl & Menarche) Passages online teachings – I will lead you through these two thresholds, tenderly holding and guiding your mid girl and menarche girl, as we create space for healing. Re-write your “her story” through self enquiry work, so you can connect to and access your inner girl, what her needs might have been had she been invited to be held and witnessed by her loved ones, through journalling, cycle charting, moon connection, meditation and craft work.
I will guide you though creating a ceremony/ritual to honour your first menstruation in the way you may have liked it to have been honoured as a young woman. This rite of passage is often not celebrated and the majority of us were not welcomed as women.
Cost- sliding scale, pay what you can- £35-£99.
Broken Basket Woman- Broken Basket Woman, Mid Woman, Changing Woman, Wise Woman, Deepening Woman, Sacred Wise Woman teachings for women on their Mid Woman Journey…..
Something is changing. We are slowly wrapping ourselves in our cocoons and preparing for the Initiation into Wise Woman, knowing we will emerge as something different, a beautiful butterfly…but sitting inside the soup of the cocoon, in a place of limbo, a void, we can feel as if we are going crazy- becoming Broken Basket Woman and terrified we will not be able to weave ourselves back together.
Physical symptoms, spiritual questioning, life changes may feel overwhelming As a circle we will gather our fragmented pieces back into ourselves and gently weave ourselves back together.
These teachings I am offering can help ground you in your transformation, give you reassurance and support you in emerging as the Wise Woman you are created to be!
Cost- sliding scale, pay what you can- £25-£55.
Why “Catch Up Ceremonies” are Important… Having taken many, many women through ‘catch up ceremonies’- whether they are birth, mid girl, menarche, leaving home, closing the bones, croning….whatever ceremony or ritual it might be, the response is always “THAT WAS POWERFUL!”
….and then there’s the positive after effects! For women who have taken part in a menarche ceremony and reconnected to their maiden self, its huge! Not only are they healing past parts of themselves, there is a very positive effect in the here and now- whether its improved relationships (with parents, partners, children…friends), deeper connection to themselves, healing of menstrual cycle issues, or a new found love of their cycle….
