Castor oil has been shown to increase circulation and promote elimination and healing of tissues and organs underneath the skin. It is particularly effective in being absorbed into the lymph circulation which can improve digestion, immune function and reduce swelling in injured joints and extremities.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO A CASTOR OIL PACK?
It’s a relaxing and supportive technique to do premenstrually and up to the first day of bleeding. It can be done up to 3 time a week.
Important- if you’re trying to conceive DON’T do packs after ovulation…stick to the first 10 days of your cycle.
Why do a Womb Pack?

Store your used packs in a food bag, in the fridge- DO NOT WASH! Just top up with castor oil each time you use it and replace it in the fridge afterwards. When your pack starts to smell rancid its time to replace it.
