I hope this newsletter finds you well and settling into the energy of the new year. It has been busy here since my return from Morrocco, including the first weekend of this years Thirteen Moons Circle, we all enjoyed a wonderful day sitting in circle and getting to know each other a little better! (thanks Emma for the photo!)
I just wanted to take a few minutes to connect in with you and let you know about this years Red Tent Summit with DeAnna L’am. This is the third year of the summit and I’m delighted to be taking part again.
This year we are exploring the wisdom years of women, what defines us when we no longer bleed. We will all come to our menopause, come and listen and share in the wisdom of some great menstrual teachers from the 1st-21st February all from the comfort of your own home.

Have you seen our ‘One Off’ organic pad sets? I love seeking out beautiful, organic fabrics to bring you these lovely sets. The sets include 3 pads and 2 panty liners.

I share some of my experience of Morocco….my highlight of the week was my visit to the Hammam where I was scrubbed within an inch of my life! I’ve never been so clean!
It was actually a very emotional experience being rubbed with henna, soap, mud and a scrubbing mit by a complete stranger, who was a woman who lives in a culture where she is totally covered in public but in the hammam is just in her knickers, washing me like I’m her child…it brought tears to my eyes.
A series of beautiful Women’s Medicine Ways workshops for women will be running at the Red Tent Yurt with Angharad Emma and Hannah Gwawr;
Cauldron of Mysteries – FULL…this will run again later in the spring!
Dance of the Feathered Serpent – Feb 27/28th 2016
