Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Use

Items are packaged with promotional stickers and an order form. If you are happy with your purchase please tell your friends and pass on the stickers / order form!

Ordering process

When we get your order we will send you a personal email confirmation with an expected delivery date.

If we do not have the item you want in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

If there is likely to be any delay we will let you know as soon as possible.

If there is a delay and you would rather have a refund than wait that is fine.

Prices

The price of the goods shall be that stipulated on the website. The price is inclusive of VAT where applicable.

The total purchase price, including delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order.

Payment of the price and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the goods.

Postage & Packaging

For UK Orders

£1 for orders up to £9.99

£2.95 for orders up to £35.99

£4.95 for orders up to £55.99

£6.95 for orders up to £70.00

£12.95 for orders up to £100.00 and over

For Overseas Orders

£6.95 for orders up to £9.99

£8.95 for orders up to £35.99

£12.95 for orders up to £55.99

£15.95 for orders up to £70.00

£17.95 for orders up to £100.00 and over

Orders will be processed within 7 working days (except during a holiday period of which you will be notified)

Orders over £10 are posted via Recorded Delivery Royal Mail

Please allow 10 working days for delivery of most items to the UK and 20 days for delivery anywhere else.

Returns and cancellation rights

If you are unhappy with your purchase or you change your mind you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange provided it has not been used.

Please email us first in case we can rectify or answer any queries that you may have.

However, for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange Sponges, Mooncups or Diva Cups.

Please send returns back second class to Moon Times, 8 St Pauls Rd, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1AH.

Please note; where you are returning goods because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund you the price of postage and packaging. Otherwise, the price of postage and packaging will not be refunded.
