Pad bag has one side waterproof for used pads!

Inserts (small liner) go inside the pocket of the pad (or a few if you are bleeding heavily) choosing cotton, hemp or towelling inserts (hemp and towelling are more absorbant for a heavy flow). The whole pad (including inserts) gets changed when you need a fresh pad. Pads fasten quickly and easily with a small tab of velcro/a press stud!
