1 cloth pad pocket with a towelling insert is sufficient for small amounts of leakage.

For more protection some women choose the thicker towelling insert – 2 layers of towelling with a waterproof backing.

Pads are patterned (non organic) and have an organic fair-trade cotton underside and fasten quickly and easily with a press stud.

Inserts are towelling sandwiched in organic cotton- except for the waterproof backing which is polyurethane backed with cotton flannelette.
