Sets include either:
10 organic cotton inserts
mix of 10 inserts: hemp, organic cotton and towelling
These are patterned pads are non organic cotton flannelette
on top and organic cotton on the underside. Inserts (small liner) go inside the pocket of the pad (or a
few if you are bleeding heavily) choosing cotton, hemp or towelling inserts
(hemp and towelling are more absorbant for a heavy flow). The whole pad
(including inserts) gets changed when you need a fresh pad. Pads fasten quickly
and easily with press studs!
